This issue relates to table of contents plugin v2.6.7, after downgrading to v2.6.5 table details are restored.

Issue doesn't appear to be related to numbered heagings v2.4.0

This should be titled "ToC 2.6.7 does not display Numbered Headings"

ToC appears to be orphaned off since the plugin clearly shows "

Developer:CustomWare Asia Pacific

yet it does not show up on a search of the Customware site (redirected to ServiceRocket these days)

http://marketplace.servicerocket.com/category/confluence-plugins

probably because it is free?

Agreed. toc 2.6.7 is buggy. Downgrading to 2.6.5 fixes this. Does this plugin have a Jira or something?

I can confirm this issue with confluence 5.1.5, after upgrading to numbered headings 2.4.0

However downgrading to 2.3.4 didn't restore the titles.
