Not all issue links are showing in Confluence

With the new issue links that are displayed at the top of Confluence pages, is there anything that needs to be done to make sure ALL JIRA issues in the current page are shown? (Or are only links added after this feature was added, are added)

See screenshot of an example where 1 issue link is showing but there are more than 1 on the page.

In JIRA, the one not showing definitely DOESN'T have a link to Confluence (a mentioned in page link). So just wondering if there is a way for this to be auto added or not?

Hey Colin,

Could you please go to Confluence Admin > Look and Feel and verify the following:

• Themes:See which theme you're using, switch back to the default if you're not using it already.
• Layouts: See if you have any custom layout defined, if yes then make a backup and reset to default.
• Stylesheet: See if you have custom stylesheet, if yes then make a backup and reset to default.
• Custom HTML: See if you have any custom HTML defined, if yes then make a back up and reset to default.

Remove any ustomizations and see if the behaviour persist.

Hey David, They are running default theme, no customisations anywhere. We tried resetting cache and clearing plugin caches but still the same results.

I'm wondering if it's really JIRA in that the issue links on that side for the issues that aren't visible in the top of the confluence page, don't have the 'mentioned in' link

Are you using any theme plugins (sorry if this sounds dumb after your reply :p)?

Which is your Conflnce and JIRA version?

And lastly when this behaviour starter, was after a database/application migrtion/upgrade?
