We have a page that is open to edit - "Anyone can view and edit." I'm the only one that cannot. The page owner also does not know what to do. Can you provide guidance? Page: https://hackerone.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/H1NCLUS/overview
Hi @Debbie Cotton ,
Welcome to the community!
I have heard from such problems before, and multiple solutions can be found across earlier asked questions on the community.
If you have all the right permissions (space and page), but still cannot edit, and it only happens to you, your problem could be related to your browser, or even apps on your browser. see here or here)
Could you try logging into confluence using a different browser, or incognito browser, and check it it doesn't work there?
ps: We can't access pages on your confluence instance, so I would advice adding screenshots / describing in detail instead of posting page URL's

Hi there - both of the above previous answers do not help me. I don't have an add button and the edit button is nowhere to be found.
I can't use another browser. Is there any other issue that may be causing me from editing a page that is open to everyone else in the company?

This sounds like you do not have the space permissions to create or edit pages. Could you check them?

Yes, that "open to anyone" is a description of a lack of restriction, not a thing that overrides the space permissions.

Again, that is a description of the restriction on that page. Not the space permissions.
You need to check the space permissions.
