Cannot edit page ; have edit create permissions

I am running into a strange issue.

-  I can click edit page button or start a new page

-  page changes into edit mode 

- After that I cannot type or make changes

Incognito mode / Other browser is working fine. I also tried to clear all cookies but its of no help

Any insight into how to fix this in my primary browser. Browser details

Chrome | 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)

If incognito mode works, most likely there's a plugin or browser's extension on your Chrome that causes the issue. Try turning off one plugin at a time and then try again to see which plugin is causing the issue
