No access to confluence after setting permissions

Hi, after setting the global permissions for my confluence useres, the users get "not allowed" after logging into confluence.

We sync one group from AD.

Here are the permissions:Unbenannt.png

Does anyone know what i am missing?

The AD group wich was granted access to confluence only had 1 member (other AD group containing the users). After adding the users directly to the group, they can access confluence.
