Hello!
I have a new user who has received the login link (i.e., the email is correct) but is not able to log in. Confluence gives the error "We're having trouble verifying the reCAPTCHA for this request. Try again. If the problem persists, try using a different browser/device or contact Atlassian Support."
The user has tried different browsers, incognito mode and I have also deleted the user and added them again.
All the options have given the same error.
What could we do?
Thank you!
Is crowd managing the users for jira and confluence? If so the captcha could be coming from that side.
We have just one admin managing the users. Could you explain what a crowd is? Thanks!

@Sussi Åström no, we didn't really get an answer on this and I believe the user who had the issue is still experiencing it.

@Evelin Tarro Crowd is the name of the module that helps manage users in an Atlassian Instance depending on size of instance.
Are the Jira settings so that Crowd is synchronizing users between JIRA and Confluence.
Have the Jira Admin make sure the Captcha module is turned off in both Jira and confluence or turned on in Jira and confluence.
