New user doesn't have access to some Confluence Spaces (Confluence Free Tier)

We've just onboarded a new user.  They have access to only a few Spaces, whereas I'd like to grant them access to all or at least a few more.  When comparing the permissions between the Spaces they have access to and those that they don't, I can't see any differences.

I've tried to follow the instructions on this support article however, it appears from the settings that they should have access to all areas of these Spaces.

And I can confirm that the new user belongs to the confluence-users group.

Any ideas on how to proceed?  Other users were created before we went from Standard to the Free tier.  In theory all new users should have access to the Spaces right?

Hi @Prem Mariappan

Only to spaces that where created in the free tier.

In the standard tier permissions where up for adjusting in free tier they are not.

I could remember that this doesn't get retained backwards, I'm not 100% sure.
