Hello I need to display (in a page) a list of all pages with their tiny link on both Cloud and onpremise servers. How should I do that ? thank you
Hi @Cédric Dubourg Does "/Content by Label" do what you're looking for? It needs a bit of setup to add a label to every page you want to list (link is then automatic). For example we add a label "test" to every page we want to be displayed in this list, and then use the "content by label" function.
When you edit "content by label" you'd choose "test" as your Label, and then I filtered just to my current space. I'm not too familiar with onpremise vs Cloud but this works for us on cloud, as long as you remember to add the "test" label to add the relevant pages. Funnily enough I'm also working on this currently, and tried to create an automation to add the "test" label to every page that met A,B,C criteria but I've hit a roadblock with that.
Hope this helps!
