Hi, I would like to know what ''My learning'' is. It's something that we don't have included? Cause I cannot seem to access it, it redirects me to speak with my administrator. But I'm an admin

Hey, you need to be the highest-level admin - the one who also sees billing and pricing information to be able to configure this. 

It looks like the admin has started to work with some plugin but the setup was not completed. 

It can be checked under Settings> Atlassian Marketplace > Manage Apps or App requests
