My files was lost or deleted. What should I do to get them back?

Hello!

I used Confluence and had some notes there. Suddenly my files were deleted. And now I can't find nothing. What I should do to get them back? There was a lot of information. They kindly send me an e-mail with link "contact us", but there no possibility to contact.

Hi @Galina and welcome to Community.

You mention an email: was this a notification that your Confluence site was going to be (or had already been) de-activated?

Note that if you had a free Confluence instance, you need to act quickly because the data will be kept for long by Atlassian.

Thank you Laura! Yes, I had one e-mail about deactivation. I checked my space and I decided that it is enough to keep status updated. Now I already found help from support team and thanks them a lot!
