We recently made the change from Confluence v3.5.x to v5.6.x – In 3.5, we were able to move attachments from one page to another without having "delete attachment" permissions. This was extremely useful for letting users be able to move attachments without administrators stepping in to help.

Is there any way around this? I have checked through any space/global/etc permissions I can find to allow users to do this, but it seems to not be easily possible. I would prefer to not let the users be able to delete attachments completely.
