Mirroring data from external excel file to Confluence

Hello.

Is it possible to display data from excel file, which is hosted in some other location (like oneDrive, different site)?

Our technicians are changing excel file frequently and we need to have all changes be updated live in COnfluence

You can try the Table from CSV macro of the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app.
It allows you to output tables in CSV format from Google Sheets and Google Drive on Confluence pages.

I’m checking a few apps that can do this. So far, ikuTeam Files looks promising. It can show SharePoint files and folders in an Explorer-like view inside Confluence. It also lets me edit the files directly in Confluence using a macro, while still following the permissions already set in SharePoint.
