Migrating Data from Sharepoint to Confluence

We have a large amt of data (folders\subfolders\*.img, docs, xlt, etc) files in Sharepoint that we would like to move to Confluence.

Is there a simple/effective way to do this? Thanks!

I don't know if there is a tool for that. Both are different tools so it can be hard.
