Hi all! My workspace admin installed Mermaid diagrams viewer. When I add Mermaid code in a code block, the diagram isn't rendered on the page.
I tried the following to resolve the issue, but nothing worked
Anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it?

Hi @Sandrine Bédard ,
The issue might be how you're using the app. The "Mermaid diagrams viewer" app typically requires you to use its specific macro (type `/mermaid` in the editor), not the standard Code Block macro.
If you're still having trouble or want a different approach, there are alternative Mermaid apps on the marketplace:
Mermaid plus for Confluence — Write Mermaid syntax with a live preview panel, so you can see your diagram render in real-time as you type. Also includes one-click templates for common diagram types:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1236814/mermaid-plus-for-confluence
It supports all kinds of diagrams: Flowchart, Sequence, Class, State, ER, User Journey, Gantt, Pie, Git Graph, Mindmap, Timeline, Requirement, C4, Quadrant, Sankey, XY, Block, Packet, Kanban, Architecture, Radar,TreeView, Treemap, Ishikawa, Venn, ZenUML.

I'm not sure if you were able to find a solution for this problem yet, however, I'd like to suggest you to take a look at our app:
It supports Mermaid diagrams and many other diagram languages, we also offer dedicated support.
