Hello,

We don't delete AD accounts and just disable them when people leave.  These people continue to "appear" active in Confluence which can be confusing for new employees when trying to contact a wiki author who is not longer here.  Is there any way to "mark" users that are inactive?

For example, show their name like this "John Smith (disabled) or show the name grayed out or crossed out.  I suppose this can be done by adding something to the name attribute, but is there a better way?

Hi Oleg,

Unfortunately there's no built-in way and I'm not aware of any workaround apart from scripting your own.

There are a couple of issues that are related to your thoughts, you could always vote/watch them:

Hope this helps.

Best,

Maarten
