Macros unable to show up in PDF exported

I have used Info, Tip, Note, and Warning Macros on my Confluence pages. 

But when I recently tried to export a Confluence pages with those macros to PDF, the generated PDF does not show those macros correctly by:

The background colors are gone.

The icons are not shown correctly, messed up with the texts.
