Hello Confluencers,
I have several Lucidcharts embedded within my business process article. Most of them have the "Auto Update" enabled (i.e., Automatically update this diagram with changes made in Lucidchart).
The Auto Update works fine when I'm viewing the article in Confluence, but when I export the article to PDF, it keeps printing out old versions of the Lucid charts.
Has anyone else come across this and is there a fix?
Thanks
@Bradley Kirby I have not heard of this issue. Did it resolve after a little time? I am wondering if it is an application cache issue. Did you reach out to Lucidcharts on the issue?
I am having the same issue, and have tried multiple times. When I view the page, the updated diagram shows correctly. However, when I export the page to a PDF (to share with those who do not have access to Confluence), the old version of the diagram shows.

I am experiencing the same issue. Our version is internally hosted, if I am not mistaken, and it's version 8.5.23. Were you able to resolve this somehow?

I'm having exactly the same issue. The updated diagram shows in the live doc but when I export to PDF it renders the old version.
If it was an application caching issue, I would expect the old version to show in the web document as well. Confluence can obviously fetch the latest diagram, but is choosing not to when rendering the PDF.
