We are running a pilot scheme and when I log in I receive the below message. I have followed the instructions and my password is strong. Could you please advice?

Thank you for sharing the error message. 

Checking the details of your site, I can see that your account is active and you were added to the default groups, so you should have permission to access Confluence. 

May I know what browser are you using?

Have you tested using another one? Does it work?

Is this issue affecting other users?
