My colleague cannot log in or view our Team WiKi page any longer. Every time she tries to view when we share or login, she gets an error saying her user is inactive. Can anyone help? Is there a help email or support?

With regard to the error that your colleague is triggering, is it something like this "Looks like your administrator has marked your account {{your colleauge's email}} as inactive. Contact your administrator to solve this issue."
If that's the error you're getting, you'll need to liaise this with your site admin as they may have disabled product access for your colleague. However, if it is a different issue, could you give us a screenshot or more details around what error they are triggering?
