How do I link an image to another Confluence Page? I used to be able to do it, but it looks like now that feature is no longer available when I upload a file. When I click the image my only options appear to be alignment, text wrapping, alt test and delete.

In the new Confluence editor, it's currently not possible to add a link on an image. Work is being done currently to add this functionality to the new editor, as you're absolutely correct that you could do it with the legacy editor. You can follow along on CONFCLOUD-65640 to get updates on when this feature ships.
In addition, the feature comparison on the editor roadmap might help shed light on other functions that you may be used to from the legacy editor. Thanks for your patience as we continue refining the new editor!
