Link to old versions in Confluence

ridwan nizam June 16, 2014

I have a wiki page A, it has many versions. i.e. V.22, V.23, V.24, V.25, etc.

In the page B, I want to add a link to the version V.22 of A.

In the page C, I want to add a link to the version V.23 of A.

Off course, I don't want to see the header 'You are viewing an old version of this page. View the current version. ' , when I open an old version of A.

in another word, can I define "Major" versions of page A.

Hello Ridwan, using the bundled Confluence components, you would need to change the application UI markup as described in this documentation.

Alternatively there is an add on that provides improved functionality regarding version handling, Scroll Versions you may like to consider evaluating that one.
