I have parts of my document that reference other parts of the document, but only a few lines, so I don't actually need my reader to be taken to that part of the document, as a normal link would.
I would like to somehow link to a section of a document (which I suppose wouldn't be an anchor because an anchor is just one point), and when the user clicks (or hovers!) on that link, they would be shown, in a tooltip or a popup modal, the linked section. They could then dismiss the modal (or move their mouse, in the hover case) and continue as they were before.
Is this possible using any native function or macro in Confluence?

Here is some other text I'm reading and when I click/hover HERE I want to see "Here is an excerpt of text" in some kind of modal/
