Link to a Content Page from within PDF Layout (Title, Header, Footer)

Hi,

I'm trying to create a link from a PDF Space Export Footer section to a page within the space being exported so that in the created PDF there is a link from the footer to the PDF page linked.  Current I am using <a href="...atlassian.net/wiki/...">link text</a> but this just creates a link back to Confluence page, not the created PDF page.
