Limit who can create public links to Confluence pages

Is it possible to restrict who can create a public link to a Confluence page when the functionality is enabled?

Also can you limit this functionality to a single or multiple Spaces?

@Neil Smith Currently there is no feature that allows for this functionality.  There is a feature request for this that you can vote on here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-72368

Thanks. I have voted for this feature. We can't make use of public links without these controls.
