We are looking to archive unused spaces in confluence in our organisation. We have identified the pages which have not been updated in a while. We also want to find the spaces which have not been viewed for a certain period of time. But we are not able to find it. We have tried SQL query but in that we can see only the recently viewed spaces.
So is there any way to find the last viewed date of all/any confluence space.
There is no "view a space", it's a container for pages. When you "view a space", you're always looking at a page within it, not the space itself.
So, you have to infer "space is used" from the "pages that people are looking at inside it". Take your list of page views, group by space and sum the numbers of pages views for each space.
