Label level security in confluence

We have all pages labeled with "primary" labels that are owned by technical leads (e.g. unix, windows, network).

We would like to give permission the label "owners" to delete such pages.

So permission is per label, not per space.

Permissions are given at the space level. Restrictions are given at a page level. (i.e. "Restrict viewing of this page to:")

If you want to create a page with a label index it will at least provide the label owners one place to go to see everything with that label. Whether or not they can edit/delete those labeled pages will be handled on the actual page.

You could use the "Content by Label" macro.
