Keep getting "Something Went Wrong" when adding Advance Road Map from Jira to Confluence via Macro

Hi Atlassian community, 

In my confluence, I have an Advance Roadmap Macro for multiple offices that I oversee. It was working fine for a while, but recently keeps populating the issue "Something Went Wrong" when getting the "preview" part before actually adding it into Confluence or when actually adding it into confluence. I'm guessing that it's something to do with an update etc. but have no idea and would really love to utilize this feature again. 

Is there any recommendations? I'm trying everything that I can think of but I'm starting to feel there is little that can be done. 

 

I am on Dataserver, not cloud.
