Jira issue/filter macro in confluence showing usernames instead of users full name

Hi All,

I observed in confluence while fetching issues from jira to confluence using jira issue/filter macro it showing usernames instead of full names of the users and I observed for assignee field it showing full names of the users but not for user-picker fields.

Confluence DC : 7.19.19v

Jira DC : 9.4.17v

Anyone have idea why is this happening?

it seems a bug that has been fixed in 8.4.0 version https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-35256

Please verify your Confluence version.

Thanks for the info.

I have checked but as mentioned in bug this fix relies on changes to both Confluence and Jira to function and our confluence already meeting the fix version but jira is not in fix version.
