Hi,
We have a confluence page user who is unable to see jira filter details.
They are getting @CLNTSLTN-1223 - Jira issue doesn't exist or you don't have permission to view it".
There are no restrictions placed on the main confluence page which is displaying this filter. Also, the user is set to be an admin in that specific jira project, so there are no jira project restrictions. They can access each individual jira outside of the confluence page.
Can you please advise where the issue can be? Are there restrictions/permissions per macro?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Thank you,
Renata
Who is the owner of the filter to be displayed? If the Confluence User you refer to does not have permissions to view the results of the filter they will not be allowed to see it; the owner needs to share the filter with said Confluence User.
Hi @Renata Izzo As you mentioned you have checked all the permission and found no issues. There is a possibility that you are running into this problem which can be caused by one or more disabled system plugins. Please refer the solution mentioned on that page.
