Actually Fabio, I think all of the fields that I see disappear and some times come back after editing are all the fields with duplicate entries, like RAG status, Executive summary and teams. Is there a wider problem for all fields that have multiple entries?

Thanks Fabio - there's no Cloud premium option for me, so looks I'm stuck... :(
