It is possible to loose some of the admin settings?

Hi everyone, i was wondering if it is possible to let normal user to modify some settings like PDF export settings.

Hi @Nicola Hu welcome to the Community.  I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira site, and didn't see this specific issue, but I may have missed it.  

Check it out, you might find one that matches your request.  You could also check in with Atlassian Support, they might already know of a similar issue.
