Issue while fetching plugins data into confluence page

Hi Team,

I am trying to fetch confluence plugins details into same confluence page using Rest API. while executing the API in Json macro its working fine. Once we published the page its showing error.

API for plugins list : https://MYURL/rest/plugins/latest/

plugins list is showing in the macro page

After published the page its showing below error

I am able to view the content if I logged in confluence using super admin credentials.

But if i logged in as end user its throwing error.

I have tried executing the same URL in my chrome window using super admin access, its showing plugins data as Json format. some times getting error like "

{"subCode":"upm.websudo.error"}"

Can anyone suggest me how to resolve this error.
