I am looking for a solution for my SRE Team to track issues that we encounter supporting our mission critical products. Ultimately I would like this directly incorporated into Confluence so it could be searched and without having to use multiple platforms.
Example Issue: Azure backend not allocating resources timely, causing LB creation timeouts.
Other examples would include a reason why we had to open a High Priority Support Request with GCP, AWS or Azure, or some other provider.
