Hi all,
There is a set of documents in confluence i would like to export to PDF as and when i need it. But currently i would have to manually go to the space tool - content tool - export and manual select the 50 over pages to export to PDF. Is there anyway i can create template so I do not have to manually select the 50 plus pages everytime i need them?
Hello Jason,
Thank you for raising this question with us.
When applying PDF customization to a specific set of pages in Confluence, you either need to export the entire space or a selected set of pages, which is what you are doing.
Perhaps it might be easier for you if you split the space, so that only the 50 pages should be in one space by themselves? Then you can apply the formatting changes and not need to select pages individually.
An alternative solution might also be for you to try using a PDF Export Macro from Marketplace. Many of these add-ons offer further configuration options, so please have a look and give them a try!
Regards,
Shannon
