I would like to know if there is a macro or feature to record a conversation between two or more people in writing, so like a kind of chatbot, but where you can edit answer and question.
Reason for this is that I would like to make a conversation between agent and customer visually nice. For training purposes.

If you're working with Jira Service Management, then Halp is your solution for conversational ticketing.
Why would you want to edit the Q&A? This is not something that the reporter nor the answerer would want in my opinion.
