Is there a way to use the Glossary to find specific words?

My instance has a number of spaces in its enterprise. Some of the spaces have a glossary, and some do not. 

The names of products, teams, and services change, which is a pain to find and replace across each document, team, space, project, etc. 

Is there a way to use the Glossary to locate all the instances of a name and change them across each instance? Going forward, the names will be variables to prevent this kind of editing, but is there already a solution for this?
