Is there a way to use a Kanban board in confluence?

Is there a way to use a Kanban board in confluence?

My users would like to create Kanban boards in a Confluence space so that colleagues can dynamically edit the boards columns and cards with out having to do heavy editing to the page. Is it even possible to add content to a Confluence page without going into edit mode?

Have you looked at Flow Board?
