Is there a way to list Child Pages AND their subpages?

As the title says, is there a way to list child pages AND their subpages?

Ideally I could see the child pages and each page underneath THEM, like the Outline type view in Microsoft Word and Google docs.

We have some nested pages that go down another level or too and it would be great to be able to access them from the top level without having to 'drill down'

You can use the "Child pages (Children Display)" macro
