Is there a way to indentify comments made by external users on confluence?

Pietro Pires Santos

We are assembling the documentation of our products at confluence, but there has been a demand to allow our partners to leave comments and questions regarding the issues covered on the pages.
We have no interest in licensing more users as they will be external to the company. However, I would like to know if there is any way to identify these external users so that when they make comments, they are not just designated as "anonymous".
Thanks in advance.

This isn't possible, as Atlassian doesn't currently distinguish between what you consider to be external and internal users. Anonymous users are just that, unless you license them as named users.
