Is there a way to have multiple fields added to confluence when creating a Jira ticket using the mac

We are using jira macro in confluence and the only option that we see are Summary and Description we want to add a custom field that is present in Jira that will help us during the creation of the ticket.

We are on confluence 6 version

This is a feature request for Atlassian which is pending, right now this is not possible in Confluence.
