Since we use Jira & Confluence, I'm looking for a way to carry out PDF reviews within these tools. Uploading a PDF to a Confluence page, and linking it to Jira issues seems like the ideal solution.
However, the PDF commenting tools in Confluence are very limited - you can only drop a single pin for a comment. There are no options to highlight, strike out, etc. Does anyone know of a way to provide more extensive PDF commenting to Confluence?
Currently, we use Adobe Shared Commenting, which is OK, but is a bit cumbersome at times and is less easily tracked within Atlassian's tools.
@Jacob Wall Welcome to the Atlassian Community. There are not any apps that provide more robust review ability. Confluence has come a long way in what you can do but it is not as robust as a tool like Adobe Shared Commenting. We have some teams that use Confluence for proofing but others use external tools. Each has its pros and cons and you will just have to make a decision as to what is best for your team and build a strong process around it.
