Hello @Tammy_Rowan ! Currently, we have no feature that resembles a heatmap for Confluence. However, I believe that the issue at hand could be solved with the usage of some statistics from your Confluence site. According to our documentation for Confluence Cloud, we have advanced statistics available for the Premium offer or we can use applications from our Marketplace.

For Confluence Cloud, you also have access to audit logs. For advanced site analytics, along with other administrative benefits, consider our Premium Confluence Cloud offering. Alternatively, for expanded analytics functionality you may also consider browsing our Marketplace for third-party apps.

I hope this shines some light your way! Looking forward to your reply.
