Is it possible to see when data within a metadata macro is updated?

Carolin Mays January 27, 2016

When a user updates metadata on a page, is there a way to track when it's updated? Not when the page is updated but the actual item in the metadata table?

Doesn't the user have to edit the page to change the metadata value? If so, then the change occurs on page save, so the save time = the metadata update time.

Thanks Bill for responding so quickly.

Yes, but sometimes the user will update other information on the page that's outside the table containing the metadata. So I need a way to tell if the user updated the table, not anything else on the page.

thanks!

Ah, well I have made extensive use of metadata before and don't know of anyway to get that info.
