Is it possible to restore autosaved page after reverting to previously saved version of the page.

Tom Arnautovic October 28, 2024

I was working on a Confluence page (collaborative mode ON) and it was auto-saving.  I can back the page after the weekend and reloaded the page, i.e. not in editing mode.  Thinking I had lost my changes, I reverted to the a previous version.  Have I now lost the auto-saved data?  I suspect, if I had clicked edit on the page, I would have seen my changes.

Hi @Tom Arnautovic

Have I now lost the auto-saved data?

Yes. You already restored an old version of the page. Everything done after that will be lost.

Yes. Auto saving helps here. The changes would have been there if you clicked on EDIT before reverting.
