Is it possible to have some dates on a page update, based on an input date?

Ideally, I'd like to be able to have a user input one date, and have other dates on the Confluence page update based on that date. 

For example: 

Input start date: 3/5/2024

1st listed date updates to be +1 week in the future: 3/12/2024

2nd listed date updates to be +2 weeks in the future: 3/19/2024

Etc.

You would need to use an app like Table Filter and Charts app and the Table Transformer macro that it provides.
