We have a weekly project status mail (including attachments) that is sent to all our stakeholders, is it possible to define an inbox to a specific space, so this mail can be sent to the confluence space and be "kept" there so any user (according to the Space permission settings) can see the mail including the attachment?
Hello Samuel,
Thank you for contacting us about this.
There is no inbox that all users can look to for the same notifications about a space.
There's a workbox in Confluence but your users need to be subscribed to the space in order to see the notifications. They will also receive them individually in their email inboxes.
Perhaps you could build a page using the various Confluence macros available that hold all the updates, and set that to be your space's homepage?
Regards,
Shannon
Hi Shannon,
Thanks for your message.
I am less looking for the notification and more about how can I have a specific space that can be used as an "emails repository" without to have to attach the email to the page but by sending it by mail

Samuel

Hi Samuel,
It's not possible to send emails to Confluence to create or modify content. There is a feature request for this below:
Unfortunately, the referenced Send Email to Page add-on is only available for Confluence Server.
At this time, the only way to set up something like this would be for you to develop something locally, either as an add-on or using REST-API. For more information, you can review the Atlassian Confluence Cloud Developer Documentation.

Shannon
