Is it possible to change the screen for creating a ticket from Confluence ? Edited



In fact, we can create a ticket from Confluence to Jira Service Desk.

I ask this question cause we can only integrate summary and description on this ticket and it could be better if we can add other fields like the due date or priority for example.

That would save us a lot of time if this is possible.

This is not possible. The functionality is limited to the two fields unfortunately. There is a suggestion her you may wish to watch/vote. CONFCLOUD-31867
