Hello Community,

in some cases I want to inform one or a couple of user about some new content (a page) in confluence.
But I don't want to use the "share-page-functionality"

Is there a way to add the user by adding "@username" somewhere on the public page but hide the username(s) on the public page?

Thanks

Jens

Hi @Jens Borsch

Create a restricted page right after the home page with view permissions to the users who you want to share with and then add the page links along with user mentions in the restricted page.

Thanks,
Pramodh
