Is it possible for a dropdown and checkbox in editing mode while using Meeting Notes with a template

Hello everyone. I'm trying to use the Meeting notes section with a template and I would like to include both a checkbox and a dropdown during the editing of the meeting notes and is only changable in edit mode and when the meeting notes is saved, it become uneditable while viewing.

Is this possible? I'm experimented with variables, user macros and other ways to do this but it's not ending in the result I wanted.

With the variables it's only selectable before it gets into the editor. With the macros it's only available AFTER saving the page and not in editor mode.

Is this even possible?

I'm using Confluence 6.2.1.

Thank you.

Honestly, I think a user macro would be the easiest way I know to do this. It adds a couple extra clicks, but I can't think of any other way to do it.
