I have renewed confluence server license, but I can't seem to apply the license key from the Confluence Web page (License Details)

It says "That's not a valid license key." I tried to enter the key in a notepad and paste it within a single line but there was no success.

I'm afraid there's nothing we can help you with here.  You need to take an exact copy of the content of the "licence key" field for your Confluence server from https://my.atlassian.com/products/index (the text in there has no line breaks or special characters, but actually the server ignores line breaks)

Is that where you are copying from?
